Conditions of entry

Entry to the competition run by Weidmüller Interface GmbH & Co.KG, hereinafter referred to as “Weidmüller”, is free of charge and governed exclusively by these conditions of entry. 

Competition schedule

The competition runs until 15 December 2018. Users may enter the competition online within this period. 

Entry


To enter the competition, users must correctly answer the competition question and fill out and send the specified entry form. Entries will only be accepted within the entry period. Entries sent after the closing date will not be entered for the draw. Only one entry form may be submitted per entrant.


Individuals eligible to enter

Natural persons aged 18 or over are eligible to enter. Entry is not restricted to Weidmüller customers, nor is it dependent on the purchase of goods or services.

All companies and individuals, including their family members, involved in designing and running the competition are not eligible to enter the competition. The decision of the organisers is final.

Prize, notification and awarding of prizes

The following prizes will be awarded:

3 x Playstation 4 incl. Jurassic World Evolution game

The winners will be determined after the closing date as part of a random draw from among all entrants. The draw will only include those entrants who have correctly answered the competition question.

The winners of the draw will be notified in writing by post and/or e-mail.

The prize will be handed over to the winner only. No exchange, collection in person or cash equivalent for the prize is possible. Weidmüller will assume any costs associated with sending the prizes. The winner will bear any additional costs associated with claiming the prize. The winner is personally responsible for any taxes on the prize.

If the winner does not get in touch within a period of three weeks after being asked to do so on two occasions, the prize may be transferred to another entrant.

Termination of the competition

The organiser expressly reserves the right to terminate the competition without prior notification and without stating reasons. This applies in particular to any reasons which would disrupt or prevent the competition from proceeding as scheduled.
